I Got a Contract Job as a Junior HTML Developer

I got a contract job. Pretty cool that I got hired over the phone without having to go talk to them in person first. I'm a contractor for this company called iCrossing.com. My position title is Junior HTML Developer. It's a pretty boring job because I would be doing the same thing everyday for 8 days. If your looking for a job, you gotta try looking for reputable agency to represent you because it makes finding work a whole lot easier.

Of course agency will take a cut out of your work, but if you can't find a job and jobless, it is better than nothing.

What the Hell Does That Have to Do with This Blog?
I will be posting very little for the next 6 days because I will be working 10-11 hours per day. I did found a lot of stuff on making money online. I'll post about them when I have more free time. I wish the job was 8 hours a day so I get more free time, but hey by the time I finish I would have made more than $1700.

Free Wordpress Make Money Online Blogging Template

When I was visiting some blogger's blog that joined my BlogCatalog neighborhood, I came across a pretty cool "Make Money Online" blog. One in particular that I remember is what this post would be about is "GATHER SUCCESS" and blog with a goal to make $1,000,000. If you saw the success of John Chow's blog, "John Chow dot Com" than you're probably going to want to download that free Wordpress template called the Atomic Blogging Theme from "GATHER SUCESS". The template is very similar to John Chow's blog. He's gotta be doing something right being able to make an average of $30,000 per month.

I would definitely use that free Wordpress template and modify it to fit my taste. For those who are new or been around the Internet thinking of making money online I definitely recommend installing that Wordpress template for your Wordpress blog.

Did I Abandon this Blog?

Not exactly.....I been trying to find a Software Engineering job, but so far haven't had any luck. I was able to get into a few interviews but I guess there are always better candidates for the position. Blogging is fun, but since its fun I feel like I'm not doing something productive. My goal was to make a full time income online, but I haven't reached this yet.

Sorry for the lack of update. I'm been taking some courses at City College of San Francisco. Learning Javascript and Networking. I could apply a lot of fancy scripting in this blog now with my new knowledge of Javascript. No need to copy and paste code from other developers. I can hard code it myself.

I'll do more updates from now on. I will start surfing the web again to learn more about making money online and post them here in this blog.

What's Up With Me Right Now

I been lazy and tired to be blogging the past few weeks. I been busy getting rid of my old stuff on Ebay. Just taking me awhile to get rid of everything. I'm selling like old computers, old video game systems, games, books, etc.

I forgot to post up the weekly report for the "Make a Dollar Per Day Weekly Report". I guess I'll try to post the other one this coming Saturday. I'm making like $2-$3 per day now. It just great, but the bad thing is I have to wait 60 business days to receive my money. That is like a 3 months wait. Will as long as they pay I don't really mine.

Logged into PayPerPost account and they're having $1k Tuesday again. So whoever got approve by PayPerPost should join in the page reloading race to get $50 post on Tuesday. They'll have 20 of them. I only got it once before.

Ripping Off of John Chow's Template

Seeing the success of John Chow and how much his earnings increased when he changed to the new look for his blog, I think I could take advantage of his design. I won't copy everything, but change a few things here and there. It won't be on Wordpress to make things simple. I just want to keep everything free. Free hosting from BLOGGERS, so I don't have to pay anything per month. All I paid for is the domain name, just because I wanted to see more opps in PayPerPost. I don't really need.

Seeing that Google hates PayPerPost, I will try to stop using PayPerPost for a month to see how well the returning traffic is. My goal by the end of this month is to achieve at least an average of 10 return visitor per day by the end of this month. For the time being its about 5 returning visitors per day. I also want to see if I can increase my earnings without PayPerPost.

The new template will be up and running by next week hopefully. I'm pretty sure most people will definitely love the new look, but it still can't really compare with John Chow's blog. I think his still looks better. I will also try to set up a poll to see how the new look compares to the old look. I hope everyone would that visit this blog, would participate when it happens. SEO Force Me To Change Templates

I don't know what happen, but after I made the switch to this new template, the keywords that show me at the top ranking pages of Google searches has disappear. I'm not sure if those were outdated post, but when you do a search that used with the key phrases that use to make me rank 1 in key phrases is no where to be found. Maybe Google give me a penalty for doing paid post or something, but here are the keywords that used to be rank 1 in searches for Google:

1. Gainpay proof
2. clixsense proof
3. night talk
4. donkeymails proof

Those are just some of the key phrases that was at the top, but now you can barely find my site in Google, but Yahoo is still giving me results in the 1st page.

Don't Need to Be Rich To Get A Lamborghini

You don't need to be rich to afford a Lamborghini for those people that don't mine getting a replica like me. I don't really care about the power of the car because living as we are today, we don't get to do much racing so "All Show No Go" is good enough for me. Just want to comment on cashquests.com's post, AGLOCO Scam Tries To Silence CashQuests. You need to read her post first.

By the tone of the post, it seems like Kumiko is kind of mad about her comment being deleted at AGLOCO. She decided to unleash her fury to AGLOCO through her blog. She mention about AGLOCO changing their search engine in the viewbar to Ask.com and complained about it. It is true that the majority of people uses Google or Yahoo to do their searches, but did she realize that Ask.com recently changed their algorithm, which killed Jeeves. I did a few searches with Ask.com, the results were pretty good. The reason why majority of the people uses Google or Yahoo is because it is a popularity contest. I did a search with the popular keyword, "make money online" and found John Chow's blog to be in the top 5, whereas in Google it is no where to be found on the first page of results. AGLOCO's choice of search engine to be Ask.com was probably a way of promoting Ask.com's new algorithm. They want more people to start using it and start benefiting from it by getting great search results.

CashQuest's already accused them of COMPLETE failure,which is not completely true. They did not meet their goal of 10,000,000 members by now that does not mean they completely failed. They are still in the process of signing up advertisers. OK, how much would you pay to advertise your website to 1,000,000 people per day? For a serious business, they probably would pay few thousands dollars a week or a month to promote their site to that many people in a day. She is jumping to conclusions. Her CashQuests blog is the top 50,000 websites in the world according to Alexa, which means she gets a lot of traffic. With her post it can cause some more damage to AGLOCO's business . It is true that AGLOCO keep delaying what they promise, but I just keep saying that this is waiting game. I'm not using them until they finally complete their system. All they really need right now is a lot of advertisers.

CashQuest does have some good points about AGLOCO, about the viewbar being useless and that is why I uninstalled it 2 months ago and has not used it since. I remember I was making $0.25 per hour with AllAdvantage, that was the good times. She is also right about another thing about their blog being on blogspot. Guess they are not that serious about their business to create a blog on their domain probably something like http://www.agloco.com/blog

She's also accused them of being SCAM, but that has not been proven yet, but because of their disappointments on top of disappointments cause people to think like that. You can't called this SCAM if you did not spend any money on it. For those people that have high hopes spending thousands of dollars promoting it can called it a SCAM I guess, but AGLOCO did not take any of their money. They should have named it AGLOCO beta next to it since it is still so terribly weak right now.

The point about John Chow, well I think he already mentioned about AGLOCO possibility not making him any money, but he said it was all good, because AGLOCO is bring free traffic to his blog, which is helping John Chow make more money.

Nevertheless, it was another good read on CashQuest's. Even though I visit her website everyday, I don't really read anything, but this post was interesting to me.

I Hate That Ipod Advertisement

This is irrelevant to the blog's topic, but I can't hold myself from talk about this annoying ad. Anyone come across an ad that talks? Well the sites I usually go to keeps showing it. Every time I hear, "Congratulations, you just won 2 Free Ipods" and then blah blah blah. That is like the most annoying thing in the world especially when you have your speakers on. Everyone knows they don't really win anything until you completed all the offers and refer some people. That stupid ad scares me a lot too as in a sudden loud sound that makes people jump a little.

I can't wait until they take that stupid ad off, its been out there for like a couple of months already. Oh yeah it just reminded me of another annoying ad. The smileys ad made weird sounds. At the beginning I told there was a virus or something cause every few seconds there is this annoying laugh and I couldn't figure out whats wrong until I saw the ad with a smiley laughing.

Why Do People Want to Make Money Online?

Why would people want to make money on the internet? The answer is simple, most people want to quit their day job and have an effortless day job that brings in over $100 to $1000 a day. You might be thinking, OMG, I bet there will be something at the bottom of this page that tells us to buy something that supposely make us rich. Well you're wrong if you are thinking that way. I'm not selling anything or telling you to buy anything as this is just whats on my mind at the moment. Making money online is a dream for lazy people. I'm one of those people that is looking for an effortless full time income on the internet. Then use those money to do something that I would really rather be doing with my life. There are tons of ebooks all over the internet that says you can make $1000-$3000 per day by following a few simple steps. I wish it was that easy. I tried a few of those programs paying about $30 upfront to see how to make money online. I find that the majority of the ebook spends about 20 to 30 pages talking about how they become so rich doing those program. They never get straight to the point. they get you so hyped up by their selling page, that you paid the money and then after you buy the ebook you find that they're still leading you on. Why can't they just get straight to the point of making money since I already spend the !@#$%ing money to learn how they made the money. I finally get to the information that suppose to help me make money also. I find out it is some stupid common sense information, which tells you to promote the same selling page to free classified and PPC sites. Good thing I bought those from Clickbank so I just sent them the email with the receipt and ask for a refund and got my money back within a week.

I'm not saying none of these programs that you see online does not work because I do know a few people that is making good money on the internet, but the thing is they're not sharing the secret. I cannot really blame them for it. If I find something that makes good money, I probably will not tell any of my friends or family. Currently, I'm making about $2-$4 per week, which isn't too bad because those money came from the Money Makers, which I barely spend any time on. I'm a fan movies, so its like every two or three weeks I get to watch a free movie. Pretty good for something that I spend only 5 minutes on each day.

It's okay if you do not make any money at first, the key is to never give up and keep trying. Eventually you will find something that makes decent money. Its like they say, "Practice, makes perfect".

I Am Addicted to Blogging

I been reading discussions in myLot and blogs all day. It seems that I'm addicted to blogging and reading. I just don't get tired of all these content showing people how to make money on the internet. Most of them don't say much, but just tell you things you want to here to get you excited enough to join and later probably get disappointed. After a entire day of focusing on the monitor reading and reading, the amount of information on the internet on how to make money is overwhelming that I feel like little mouse stuck in a room surrounded by killer cats. I have not signed up for any new programs for awhile, but I will start again next week. My plan is to sign up for at least three money makers a week and test them concurrently with the ones I signed up before.

This is just off the wall. It seems that my blog is doing pretty good since last week's launch date and the traffic is building up each day. I would like to thank those people that keep reading what I have to say. In a way, I am helping myself make money, but also at the same time using my experience to tell people of all the good and bad opportunities out there on the internet.

Get Quality Traffic to Your Blog

Getting traffic to your blog is not too difficult these days. You don't have to get indexed by search engines to get traffic. What I did is try to join as much blog directory as possible. They approved my blog the very next day when I joined. This creates a link in their directory in a chosen category by me. I chosen the "Internet" category that closely related to my topic, which is to make money on the internet. The more links to your blog at other people's website, the higher the chance of people seeing your blog. After joining all these blog directory sites, my blog got indexed by major search engines in no time. When you do a search in Google for, "Knighty Night's Talk" I am number 1. If you search for "Knighty", I am number 6. There is another thing I'm trying to learn about right now, which is Feedburner. They are pretty well known and in a lot of bloggers' blog. I'm planning on signing up for it to increase my traffic.

My blog has been around for a few months, but I did not do anything to it until just last week.

What not to do to get traffic is using auto surf or manual surf because they do not bring quality traffic to your blog, but just traffic that takes up your bandwidth. Even if your page loaded up, the chance of someone looking at your website is slim to none. Don't worry about it if you are not getting the traffic the first few weeks. In time, it will grow.
