When you join, you might see there is a service fee or service charge, but did they never charged me anything. They only pay me. Why would they want to charge you? They actually want more bloggers to join to complete the task sooner, so they could make more money. The service charge kind of scares some people away. In PayPerPost, I never paid anything to PayPerPost. I only received payments. Don't worry about the service charge if you thinking about signing up or you signed up and then did not complete the process.
Check out this picture of payment to me. This is for a blog with PR 0. Anyone can start a blog and post actively for 90 days. After that you can start taking jobs from PayPerPost. Don't worry at all about the service charge if you sign up right now and don't have a blog that is 90 days old. They are not going to cost you anything.
