I just got paid by URLCash through Paypal as a method of payout. Below is a screen shot of payment from URL Cash in my Paypal account. Even with a Personal Paypal account, I could not avoid this fee because they used credit card to payout. When you accept a credit card payment there will be a fee as you can see below.

This site allows you to monetize your links, which means you will make money every time someone clicks on the link converted by URLCash. They minimum payout is $5.00 and it took me a very long time to reach the payout. You must have a lot of people clicking on your link to make money fast. Their payout methods are Paypal and ePassporte.
Tricks
There is an easy way to get about 500-1000 clicks per day, which is like $0.08-$0.15 respectively that is if all the clicks come from US. I will post up the trick for URLCash hopefully later this week. If you have referrals and if you cans how them the same trick you will earn more too.
Benefits
Even if you don't use the trick, if you have a website and if you have links. It would be the benefit of the doubt to earn something for people clicking on your links and leaving your site. You have nothing to lose.
