GainPay is a paid to click email program that pays you every time you click on a paid link inside the email they send you. Each of these paid email is worth $0.005. They send about 20 to 30 paid emails per day so you can make $1.00 a week. So far this is the fastest earning paid to click email program I found.
Payment Received withI made $1.00 in one week and request payout through Paypal. As you can see that charged a $0.34 fee. I'm working on my next $1.00 which will be coming in a few days and I'm going to try to request payout to my e-gold account to see if there is also a huge fee.

I noticed that some of my links became dead due to URL Cash doing something to their database and lost a lot of links.

Certainly I'll test it out.
I also found a site with a 1$ minimum payout and lots of clicks. To date, I've got paid 1.13$ for a week. Try it, you will not regret it.
